I’ve competed in bodybuilding for the last 5 years in Hong Kong and overseas under notable coaches. My primary focus is working with individuals looking for a comprehensive training and nutrition plan and are committed to making a change.

I have worked as a fitness coach for more than 6 years and have helped numerous clients achieve the results they wanted. Even though I specialise in body composition (fat loss & muscle building), what excites me the most is helping clients transform other aspects of their lives, i.e. health, mindset, and CONFIDENCE! I have particularly enjoyed working with female clients, applying knowledge I’ve acquired through training myself and more than 100 female clients from different parts of the world over the years; as well as continuously learning; however that does not mean I only training women, I have helped male clients achieve the results they were never able to achieve elsewhere too.

As a coach, my job is to guide you through your transformation in the most stress-free environment with the hope to pass along the knowledge I have gathered over the years, to help you achieving and maintaining the best shape of your life.

Beside having a main focus working with female, I have also worked with male clients and helped them to reach their physique and strength goals. Also, as an amateur Bikini competitor currently, I have experienced body recomposition, reverse diet and most importantly, how to work around injuries myself which provide me more in depth knowledge and understanding on how to help YOU throughout your journey!
