I’ve been a personal trainer both in person and online since 2013. As a professional gym trainer, I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve results in body transformations, bodybuilding competitions, weight loss, nutrition set up, performance and strength training. I’ve competed in bodybuilding for the last 5 years in Hong Kong and overseas under notable coaches. My primary focus is working with individuals in Hong Kong looking for comprehensive personal training and nutrition plan and are committed to making a change.

I have worked as a fitness coach and trainer for more than 6 years and have helped numerous clients across Hong Kong achieve the results they wanted. Even though I specialize in body composition (fat loss & muscle building), what excites me the most is helping clients transform other aspects of their lives, i.e. health, mindset, and CONFIDENCE! I have particularly enjoyed working with female clients, applying the knowledge I’ve acquired through training myself and more than 100 female clients from different parts of the world over the years; as well as continuously learning; however that does not mean I only serve as a personal trainer for females in HK, I have helped male clients achieve the results they were never able to achieve elsewhere too.

Having grown up in Hong Kong, Kevin has been exposed to performance sport from a young age. He completed his degree in BSc Sport & Exercise Science at The University of Edinburgh, during which he took the first steps into his coaching career by assisting the University of Edinburgh Rugby Team whilst completing his NASM CPT certification. In the years that followed Kevin has worked to focus on maximising athletic performance in clients ranging from youth athletes to general population. He is always looking to learn as a coach, using current scientific evidence to continually refine his holistic approach to training, nutrition and recovery, ensuring no stone is left unturned in client well-being and performance.

As a fitness trainer, my job is to guide you through your transformation in the most stress-free environment with the hope to pass along the knowledge I have gathered over the years, to help you achieve and maintain the best shape of your life.
